How to perform your blood test correctly
To ensure accurate biomarker analysis, carefully follow the steps below.
Balance Test: Any time of day.
GUT Health & HbA1c Tests: First thing in the morning after a 12-hour fast (water only). Avoid alcohol and heavy meals or a party the night before.
Handle the card carefully: Do not touch the sample circles.
Fill both sample circles completely — blood may overflow the lines, but both must be full of blood for accurate results.
Important: Do your Baseline Test BEFORE starting your protocol.

Name, Surname, Date and Barcode
• Save the photo on your phone
• Keep the physical card safe

Every country has different posting rules.
Follow the return instructions included in your test kit and envelopes for your market.
For some markets, it’s as simple as posting the kit.
For others, there may be specific steps to follow — all details are in your kit.
Important: If you need to declare the contents,
list them as “Test Kit”, not blood, to avoid confusion and simplify postage.
We will publish the South African posting protocol below, as it is very different from most markets.
South African Sample Return Instructions
How to Post Your Zinzino Blood Tests (South Africa → Oslo, Norway):
1. Save your card photo images in the Gallery of your phone, and save the physical cards in your wallet or somewhere save.
2. Remember, without these unique BARCODEs for the Blood Test(s) you can NOT get access to your Blood Test Report(s).
3. Seal your blood samples in the metal envelope(s) with drying agent that is provided in the Test Kit.
4. Make sure they are airtight.
5. Pack the envelope(s) into the white POSTNET envelope with the DowerGlen address printed on it.
6. Go to POSTNET (not a post office) and post the Blood Sample(s).
7. Pay ~R109 for POSTNET handling — Zinzino already covered the international shipping.
8. Get a tracking number and keep it safe.
9. Access your results in 14–21 days from the Zinzino Blood Test Website:
